Daytime Running Lights???

Not sure if this is the correct term, I believe what I am talking about is DRL but anyhow. The front daytime running lights stopped coming on. There are 4 bulbs, high, low, turn, and running light. The running is the small orange tinted bulb. It used to come on when the vehicle was started, but no more. They do however come on when the headlights come on. Any ideas. Thanks

just replace the bulbs they burn out all the time due to being on all the time. they may be coming on with your headlights because the bulbs are dual fillament and the running lights use the low intensity fillament and the drl use the high intensity fillament. i have seen trucks still on temporary registrations that have burned out drl bulbs
