Just did a seafoam treatment through the brake booster hose on my 94 Suburban with 189,000 miles on. Never done it before and wasn't sure what to expect. Cant believe the improvement. It now has a smoother idle than my 07 Impala and 08 Uplander. Cant wait to see what it did for the gas mileage. Also did the throttle body with some cleaner. It was also funny to see my wife run out of the house because she thought I started the garage on fire, that was just the exhaust show.

Might have to give it a shot too....mine runs ok but we bought the '00 jimmy off a lot with 160,000 miles and kinda idles a tad rough......thanks for sharing this !!! now i have an excuse to hit the auto parts store !!!
I think I could live in the parts store. Dont even have to buy anything (although i usually do). I was happy with the seafoam treatment, like I said I had never done it so I had to force myself into actually pouring something other than oil into my engine, but it was worth it. Anyone know how often this is needed to be done or just when its needed?
What about my other vehicles with both around 50,000 miles on them? Would this help anything or maybe prevent build up?
