I like how they both look, but wonder about the advantage of one over the other. Is one less expensive than the other? Is there a reliability, durability difference? All comments welcome!
Both are almost identical in performance, but GMC typically offers more accessories as a standard package. Where as Chevy will ask for money to add these options. GMC is usually a bit more pricy... Just remember ask to see the dealer invoice when buying. Most website say if you pay more then $800.00 over invoice you got robbed..
the vehicles are basically the same..... they are made in the same plant. GM makes less GMC's than Chevy's.... approx 2-1, most people say the fit and finish on a GMC is better. Being in the auto industry, I can tell you, GMC's tend to bring more on re-sale......
Hope this helps...
Nothing compares mora accurately than this...
Few differences to be honest.

There is no difference in the performance, they are the same truck, the GMC is a little more higher line than the Chevrolet and therefore will have more options available and that will effect the price. All in all you can't go wrong with either, they are great trucks.
