Does anyone have 1999 GMC Jimmy 4 x 4?

I have problems with the brakes squeking. I put new ones on but thet still do it. Does anyone else have this problem. Also I need new shocks on it. How much will those cost?

Yes, the performance isn't well.

if its a slight squeak it might be normal. hopefully you either have drum brakes on the back or you did those to. shock will coast about 25-250 each depending on what type and probibly about 2-3 hrs labor. 200-250 for labor at the most.

Are the brakes factory or did you use an aftermarket brand. I've never had noise problems with factory pads or shoes on my 1996 Jimmy.
