I have 12v at the Lock-unLock switch on the drivers side but neither door actuators engage. There is no relay involved so I am ??puzzled??

The other thing I wish to know is can the switches, either the windows switches as well as the door lock switch, be removed without taking the door panel off? The clips holding in the electric window switches are not the same as those that secure the door lock switches to the panel..

Thank you

Is there something in between the switch and the actuators?

I haven't even found a diagram or any info as to how they work.
Someone wrote they were the old style that simply took the 12v straight to the switch and by moving switch, the 12 volts would change polarity to trigger the actuators to either an up or down movement.

Here's a wiring diagram from the factory service manual if that helps.
