Need HELP fellas!!! Wanna drop my 09' Sierra Crewcab as low as possible without sacrificing the ride? (if that makes any sense) Want it running smooth like factory. Looking at 24" rims and a McGaughy's 4/6 drop but plan on pulling trailer with 2 four wheelers. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

When lowering the Sierra, just make sure you replace and improve your shocks. The other area your going to have to also is do a wheel alignment if lowered to the extreme. Your going to have what is called "Bump steer".

Bump Steer is when your wheels steer themselves without input from the steering wheel when you go over a bump on the road. The undesirable steering is caused by bumps in the track interacting with improper length or angle of your suspension and steering linkages.

To accomplish zero bump the tie rod must fall between an imaginary line that runs from the upper ball joint through the lower ball joint and an imaginary line that runs through the upper a-arm pivot and the lower control arm pivot. The center-line of the tie rod must intersect with the instant center created by the upper a-arm and the lower control arm.

Long story short, you need to find a person who can adjust your front suspension from the factory spects and do adjustment accordingly to how it rides.

Good luck and keep us posted, as for shocks. Try using http://www.monroe.com/products/Reflex/Truck-Shock-Absorbers, I find them to be firm and will give you a ride like a Vett without breaking the Bank. ;)
