DVD CD player for 1999 Sierra + Accessories

New guy here in the UK, just got my self a nice 1999 Sierra, Can anyone tell the best place to buy accessories. To start I would like a dvd,cd gps head unit.
Chrome door handles . And would welcome any advice on owning this truck.
