Emmission Control System - Problem Starting

I have a 2008 Acadia and my Check Engine light came on. The Onstar Diagnostic came back as saying my Emission Control System was not functioning properly. Since this happened my car has a hard time starting only after I fill up my tank. After that initial "rough" start it's fine.
