I have a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali, 6.2 Litre Vortec Engine, AWD. After driving on the highway for a longer period of tim the Engine Oil Coolant Hot warning message came on, the Coolant Temp Guage went up from approx 195 to 235 and immediately back down. There is no other indication of Engine overheating. I notice at the same time the Eng Oil Life reset itself to 0%. I have good coolant levels. Noting blowing out of the reservior, no excessive pressure. The water pump was replaced in the last month along with the serpentine belt. The thermostat has been replaced in the last 2.5 yrs. The oil is changed regularly. No overflowing fluids and no leaks. Any thoughts, please. Mark.
