I have read a couple of the post regarding the replacement of the "vent solenoid" on the GMC Sierra's and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions as to where to get this part and not cost an arm & leg. My truck is an 06 GMC Sierra Crew Cab, w/4.8L V-8. I also remember reading something about the new part is bigger and requires modification, but one individual stated that a 2002?? suburban has the exact same solenoid and is a direct replacement. Does anyone know anything about this? I appreciate any and all info, so I can get my truck by in order. Thanks.
