I am thinking about replacing front left fender because of rust. 1994 k1500 4x4. I did a search here and didn't find anything. Is there a brand that has a good fit? I might try a patch panel but don't want to rule out the whole replacement.
Try LMC truck. They have a lot of replacement parts and I see them advertise a lot, but I have never used any sheet metal from them. Maybe at least worth a look.
