I'm recently bought a new 2012 Sierra 2500 HD. So far love the truck. I want to raise the front end to level out the truck. I know this can be done by adjusting the torsion bars. Two questions. Will this voyed my warrenty and will a GMC dealer do this adjustment ? I could do this myself but it would be easier for me to have the dealer do it. Any thoughts. I was going to call my dealer but would like some info from others.

Thanks

JIM

The 07+ Sierra have IFS so you cant use torsion keys, what I did on my 1500 to level it out was just picked up a 2in level kit from daystar reletively inexpensive, about $200. Its super easy to do it's just an piece that goes on the top of each strut, gives it a super clean awesome look. Readylift also offers it as well but its a bit more expensive. Keeps factory ride all you'll have to do is get it aligned after install. Pretty sure it doesnt void warranty and you could always take them off whenever you go get service at the dealer for a warranty issue. Hope this helps
