Greetings,
Need to return my leased 2500 AT4 6.6L and get a new truck in a few months. It is a vehicle that I use for general purposes (being retired, I don't refer to it as "commuting"...), but I need it to be HD for towing our travel trailer. I find that the 2025 Denali lacks some technology features that I like (which Ford has) such as lane-keep assist, onboard scales, trailer backup assist, better screen layout, etc. So I'm considering switching to "the dark side"
So why the heck am I posting here?
I've been hearing stories about Ford's 7.3L (I'm not considering Diesel). I would very much appreciate hearing from people who either switched from Ford to GMC because of driveline issues or people who own the Godzilla engine and are willing to share their experience.
Please refrain from staring (continuing?) anything along the lines of GMC vs. Ford wars; this is NOT my intent.
Many thanks in advance!
