Gmc Envoy 2002 driving ligths/low beams just stopped working?

I drove my truck last night and lights worked,. got in this am and No low beams. fog light and high beams worked, but no low beams/whish are also my driving lights. So I checked fuses and they are not black BUT I am not sure if i am checking the right 2 fuses? So i bought new bulbs and still nothing.

There should be a main lamp Relay, that can cause light failure aswell, and there should be some sort of labeling either in your owners manual or in the fuse box of which fuses are which.if you ca run an ohm meter on each of the fuses, sometimes they can be blown and not look it.
