gmc jimmy 94 slt vortec wont take gas in gear stummbles and shuts down

well ive replaced injector and all of the sensors and the fuel pump and sending unit and filter and plugs and wires have been changed and control module has been changed. it idles fine in park and revs up fine in park but in gear i cant get it to stop stumbling when i give it gas cap and rotor button has been replaced also and the fuel relay has been replaced and put a new converter on it and oil pressure switch has been changed. when i give it gas it sometimes but not allways will shut the engine off but in park it will go all the way to the end on the tachometer and some times has a hard time starting

got it running for a hr and 30 mins and then the engine got hot and it started to act like it was going to shut off as i pressed on the gas and the engine shut off then i tried to start it back up and its acting like it isnt getting any gas but the pump powers on il have to test the fuel pressure and see if its getting 55 to 63 psi not sure what else could be causing this tho
