gmc jimmy/ chevy blazer LIFT help 4x4?

how big a lift would i have to do to get my 4x4 jimmy this high...

now the caption says 6inch lift with 3inch..
which is the body lift and which is the suspen lift the 6 or the 3??

Looks to me like the body's been lifted 6" and the suspension 3", but I'm no expert. Where's the caption?
