Anyone know of a good source for GMC parts other than Hubacher?
I need a power driver's side front seat for my 1997 Jimmy SLT. The frame is getting bent.
I have the type of seating that is "bucket type seat/permanent center console/bucket type seat"
Hubacher tells me the item I want is discontinued. I am checking with pick-apart junkyards right now. This will be the third drivers seat in this vehicle, the frame on the first seat broke, the second one is getting bent out of shape. The power mechanism is just fine! I also saved the mechanism from the factory installed seat. The truck was equipped with leather seating.The seat I have now is cloth. I will take any vinyl,leather or cloth seat. (BTW its the tan color leather) . As I mentioned I am checking pick-apart lots but if anyone knows of a good source other than Hubacher, I'll appreciate a shout.
