I know you work for GM. i was wondering what div of GM you work for? Don't get me wrong i think it's a good thing. i am just suprised that manufacturers would pay people to troll around forums to get info and feed back and help people about there products.

I work for the social media division of GM. We are active on various forums and are trying to be proactive when it comes to helping customers with their vehicle concerns.

Thanks,

GM customer service is a joke.

If a GM dealership is privately owned, you gm customer service people cannot give any support. Crazy, certified gm is not certified at all, Be careful people buying used gm vehicles, they are getting real sneaky and dirty. What a joke

I have to totally agree with Goss...have had issues with my GMC since date of purchase and they want to do and replace everything except for what the problem is! Its such a shame!

i also have some play in my steering wheel, but just thought that's how these trucks were. I have an 08 4wd. Was this question ever resolved?
