Heater/AC Control Bulb

I have a 1998 GMC Sierra C1500 SLE and the bulb needs to be replaced where the fan control knob is located. Are there any instructions on how to remove parts to get to the bulb or can someone just tell me? This is my first post, so I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong area. Thanks for any help you can give.

I had the same truck n had to replace the fan switch which has a history of going bad the dealer has them in stock hahaha
there is the plastic finish ring that out lines the whole cluster it snaps off I had mine off twice and didn't break it but be careful it is 16yrs old

I called the dealership today and they said I would have to buy the AC/heater control unit/head. They said $245 but online I found one for $89 but I'm not spending that much just to get a bulb to work. All the knobs/controls work fine, so I'll just wait until the day it goes out.
