Help. 98' Jimmy Wont start

had a bad intake gasket leak, broke it down and replaced it. put it all back together like we thought it was suppose to be, now it does not start. Checked fuel pressure getting 62 cold, checked sparkplug wires ok resistence. have no clue what to do next... thought maybe it was 180 out so we flipped distributor and no dice... when i crank it and put it fully open it acts like it wants to start but doesnt... lost dont know what to try next.

Check your ignition system, start with the ICM, coils electrical connections and post back to us.
