How do I Convert my headlights?

So im about to change the front end apperance on my 95 jimmy to look like the 98 Blazer. I dont like my grill/bumper/headlight assembely but I have recently found that the factory headlight bracket for my 95 jimmy wont line up with the 98 Blazer headlight assembly. So my question is, How do i convert my stock headlight bracket to the correct bracket for the 98 Blazer headlights? Is it possible and is it worth it the trouble?

May be easier for you to just do the HID conversion kit.
