Recently bought a 2024 Sierra Denali HD. It has a 120v outlet in the bed, but I have no power. I have tried several things, engine off, accessory mode and running. I even tried turning the bed/cargo lights on and nothing. Looked in the owner's manual and it states that the "DC/AC switch" must be turned on. Manual shows a button on the same bank as the exhaust brake, tailgate open, etc and there is no button there. Any help out there?

My 2024 Sierra 1500 SLT has both the console and bed 120 volt receptacles. There is no switch to turn them on. The "on" switch is built into the receptacle. All you do is plug something in. With the engine running, just plug something in and a tiny green light comes on showing that the receptacle is now live. So, basically, they become live by plugging something into them. Make sure you have the engine running.
Oh, I find that the manual overall sucks. A lot of things are unclear. Descriptions are without pictures in many cases, so it's hard to figure out what they are attempting to describe.
