How do you put a door handle on a 1992 GMC Jimmy?

inside or outside handle? remove door panel for either, inside i believe has a single rivet you drill out, or screw to remove then it slides rearward in a groove to remove, i forgot what year they changed access panen but it may have a tin cover screwed on to door almost same size as interior panel, remove make sure window is up, there are 2 10mm bolts that secure exterior handle one is in door jamb area i believe and the other is inside door, remove control rods, by unsnapping plastic clip and rotating it and rod will pull out, to remove handle, open it like opening door to allow hinges to pivot and give the needed clearance, the door loch has a sprinloaded pin that u press into groove and it will slide out then just pop it into new handle before installing
