How do you reset the oil life warning change oil light on a 2009 GMC Yukon Hyrbrid?

I changed the oil on my 2009 yukon hiybrid because i did not have time to go the dealer and the oil life warning is still showing the same percentage. How do I reset it?

GMC Denali, Envoy, Sierra, Yukon, Chevrolet Suburban, Silverado 2006 to present.

To reset the CHANGE ENGINE OIL message, turn the ignition key to RUN with engine OFF. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal slowly three times with in five seconds. If the OIL LIFE RESET message flashes for 10 seconds, the system is resetting. Turn the key to LOCK.:rolleyes:
