How to replace third door.

I want to replace the rusted door on my '03 Sonoma with a good door from a donor vehicle but hinges are welded in. Which pins do I punch out and how to punch them out?

Third Door replacement

I as well am looking into replacing the third door on my 02 Sonoma. If anyone has any helpful information it would be appreciated.
