I have replaced fuel pump rotor button plugs wires and other things and still cant get this thing running for 2 years now I really really could use some good advice

Could be many things if it won't even crank - dead battery, alternator, coil, crank position sensor.... Are there any engine codes if you can manage to charge or replace the battery?

Could be your crank shaft sensor or your ICM (Ignition Control Module). Start with the simple and make sure that the fuel pump is powering up, a bad fuel pump relay or a bad ECM fuse will also give you a no start situation.

Here is a link for you to retrieve your DTC codes and hope will lead you to the issue that needs to be addressed. Good luck and keep us posted. ;)

No start

Go back to the basics, Check for fuel, check for spark, which is it?. My Astro which has the same engine in it had a couple of different things that made for no start. No spark, there is a module under the dist. cap that goes out, Chilton's has tests to check it. The coil also can give you problems, my Jimmy had loose wire. The throttle body has a spring that broke in the fuel pressure regulator portion, also the fuel pump which you replaced has a relay that could give problems. There is more but you need to narrow it down to spark or fuel.
