i have a 1998 GMC sierra 2500 4x4 ext cab?

my truck rides like one or more of the tires are out of balance all 4 tires are like new i think the brand of tire is toyo 265 /16 how can i find out if it is the tires or is one or more out of balance they look like new

Check for mud on the inside of the rims. Other wise go to a tire shop
