you checked fuel. did you check for spark?

what is the code #?

as long as you have adequate fuel pressure at the rail, a bad fuel level reading isn't a problem.

check that you have spark to ignite the fuel.
 
Dodge man is correct with the fuel sending unit suggestion but also you may want to investigate the fuel filter and/ or fuel pump. Try pouring some gas into the carb and see if it will start or run. If so replace the fuel filter first, it is the much cheaper of the two. If that does not work try the fuel pump...
