i have a sound system in my truck and saw online for the brackets to buy so that i could install another alternator in my truck has any one done it before? any major alterations that i have to do?
Stay to the single alternator. If you have the Delco Remy CS144 type alternator, you can get the upgrade duel rectifier alternator which i found to be more reliable and less work to install then adding a second alternator.
