I have a 2004 GMC Sierra and I can't get any power to do anything with it.?

For some reason I have no power anywhere, Replaced the battery and all but it wont start, Won't unlock doors or roll up windows, ect. we even tried boosting it off and still nothing. Help please
 
The positive cable that runs to the starter is probably rotten at the end by the eyelet and you dont have proper power distribution. It is a very common problem. Be careful not to break off the starter solenoid end when removing the 13mm nut on the starter. Look under the passengers side area between trans and engine under exhaust manifold. The large wire that goes to it is the positive cable. It should have no green corrosion or be deteriorated.
 
check main fusees / connection at the starter post {the one that comes strait from the battery} but it sounds like the ECM
