it died on me coming to a stop because i believe it overheated i wasnt payin attention to my guages and let it roll of the road and cool down got it started back up and it knocked really loud and squeaked kinda when driving it seemed like it was the flywheel pr torque converter from how loud it was and then it would bog down and die sometimes and then it locked up on me and i checked the oil it had way to much so i checke it and it had water in it a lot of water and coolant can anybody tell me what is wrong with it

Head gasket gone and from what you described, your engine is gone and will need to be rebuilt if not replaced with a fresh engine if you like. Being a 1991, your better off getting s engine at the Salvage Yard for under $500.00 rather then spending $3000.00 to get a rebuilt engine installed.:(
