I have a 97 gmc sierra k1500 want to know what motors will fit

I have a 97 gmc sierra k1500 with a 305 vortec I want to I want to put a 350 vortec idk if my intake from the 305 vortec will fit the 350 vortec and if it dus can some one point me to a site that has has a completely rebuilt engine and I meen all new with part number for a good price

the upper intake and the lower intake for a 5.0 and a 5.7 are the same part numbers on a 1997 K1.

If you buy the original 5.0, GM sells a new engine for a reasonable price with a 36 month/100k parts warranty.
