theres a kit autoparts sell to fix it ,
i heard auotparts sell a kit to fix it and how hard is it to replace

Here is the service information your looking for, if there is no issues with your engine's performance. No need to replace it, conversion kit does not add any performance but only makes it more likely not to fail. Here is the Link for that information.

You can get the gm MFI spider to convert on your 96 jimmy from CSFI. The following parts used are:

MFI spider #12568332
Upper plenium Seal Kit #17113215
All parts number are GM but Napa also has the kit too.:D
