impact wrench

Hey, any of you guys use an electric impact wrench for say....getting shock bolts off? Was thinking of getting something like this:

Will not use it often so don't want to get cordless. Just wondering if the electric is powerful enough.

Impact Tool

Save a ton and try harbor freight for $50 not a professional tool but adequate for home use.
