It's a good vehicle, there will be bills for maintenance which need to be kept to keep the repair price down. I got over 365,000 miles on my 96 Jimmy.

Good luck and just make sure the fuel line, brake lines, and the transmission lines are not corroded to badly that your looking in to replacing them soon.

The common place for the fuel lines to corrode is along the frame by the back door on the driver's side. Inspect the fuel line where they clip on the frame with the nylon clips, salt will gather there in the winter and will corrode the lines there in time and the Jimmy your looking at is 13 years going on 14 years oil.

Have a safe winter. ;)
