Is there power on a GMC Yukon 2002 that will only come on when the SUV is on?

Your sub should have a remote power wire that will shut the amp off when the Yukon is off. Run the remote power to one of the Switched accessory fuse under the hood that controls the power window or to the +12Volt yellow wire to your radio.
