Just picked up new Canyon

Just picked up my new 15, Canyon, all terrain. Sweet truck! Grabbed a factory demo that was used by regional rep to show dealers, and after 2500 miles they give it to my local dealer to sell. Loaded, and has Nav and sprayed factory liner with running boards. Very impressed with the detail, have the V6 that is plenty of power and crew cab. Nothing like a S10, and kinda like a slightly standard truck. We will see how this works out. Worth looking at if you don't need a monster for hauling etc.

Sounds great! How much does a new Canyon cost? I am planning to replace my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500.

I have seen new ones in the mid 30's and as high as 43. This one had $3000 wheel package on it.

Congratulations on your new truck. According to GMC, they will start building my Canyon on Monday (3-23). The MSRP on mine is $36,160 as I configured it. I trust you will enjoy your new truck.

Thanks for the kudos.. I paid 39k, with allterrian, sprayed liner, bose sound, and running bars.. Not much room in these due to high demand. Dealers can't keep in stock.. Very happy with new ride.. Had a dodge ram, hemi, also great truck.. Dont need a big truck, but still want p/u. Plus bought the ram 2012 big horn in 11, for 34k, sold cask 31k... Nice!!

My new Canyon was ordered with everything I wanted and did not have in my 2011 Canyon, which I dearly loved. Still wish a sun roof was an option, sticker on my truck just topped $40 thou. The bank account groaned loudly but I received $27,000 for the 2011 (they sold it the day of my order) so not too bad on my side. The new truck has different styling but I am quickly becoming a convert, the interior is great and that is what I see most of.
