Thanks in advance to anyone who submits their expertise on this scenario for me.

I'm basically looking to raise my '96 GMC Sonoma 2.2L 4X2 the quick and easy way. Upon doing some of my own research I've found that I'd like to try the blocks and spacers approach. My primary concerns are finding the right brand blocks and spacers to go with, the right height to raise it, and fitting an appropriate size of tires to go with it so that my truck doesn't look disproportionate afterward.

I currently have a set of Michelin M/S P235/75R15 tires that are great, have lasted well past their expected life and would like to go with some Michelin LTX A/T2 to get that little bit of a BEEFIER look to my truck than it currently has although these things would be more subtle than anything it seems at the moment.

Some may say it's not 4X4 so why lift it and put those tires on a 4 banger but it currently has a camper which could be taken off and stored if need be to gain similar weight difference after the said modifications are made to it. I'm mainly wanting to have a tougher more rugged looking truck at this point while still functional and adaptable :p

What do any of you think? Any other ideas I could play with would help. If I could hear from the people on this forum who have experience within these areas of interest and to get any expertise that I can before making the most major decisions myself it would be most appreciated.

If lifted x amount of inches and with the mentioned tires, what is the biggest size I can go up to before I run into any other complications such as rubbing the fenders or needing another set of rims to accommodate that size.

Thanks
