Looking to buy 2004 Sierra 1500 SLT Z71 4x4

I am looking to buy my first Truck, and I found a used 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Z71 4x4. This truck is fully loaded (Towing package, heated leather seats, memory key, power every thing, tonneau cover incl... you get the point).

This truck is selling for $14,366.00 w taxed safety e-test plated and on the road. The thing that has me worried is that the odometer reading is over 200,000km's.

Is this Sierra a good deal? Is it over priced? What should this truck sell for? How long should it last me until it kicks the bucket? What Do I need to look for to make sure I'm not buying a lemon? Thanks!

it all depends on your location and if its a crew cab or ext cab? i live in WA and purchased a used 1999 sierra 1500 SLT ext cab 4x4 with 61,000 on the truck and all out the door paid 11,100 with half warranty. i would have to say with that high of milage yes it is overpriced since most are going for about 5,500 - 10,800. i would use Kelly Blue Book and see what it goes for.
