Friday she got a new windshield, the last one looked like they guy shot it with a pellet gun. today I painted her nose and straightened up the busted bumper best I could. oh and figured out and repaired my wipers. they would only work on high and I looked at the circuit board and c6 6a10 diode was blown out so I ran a jumper and wow nice free fix!!

I bought this ride for 700 bucks, shes my "Low $Buck$" work truck. so far with purchase price and parts I have 925 dollars invested.

Congratulations on getting a new windshield, and solving your electrical problem.
I'm reminded of the last new windshield I had to get. I was driving home from the windshield shop, just about a 10 mile drive, and I was very pleased not to be looking through a major crack in the glass any more. Two miles from home, some kid leaned out of a car, and shot a " bullseye" into my new windshield !
Geezzz......I never did get that fixed.

well I fixed an issue I was having with what I call a hiccup when cruising. happens randomly but consistently everyday till I replaced the rotor button. last week I put good ole acdelco copper plugs gapped at .45 and ran for a week and it was still having the usual hiccup, so today I replaced just the rotor button and took her out for a spin. to my surprise no hiccups all day.

well is was not the rotor button. took till this past weekend to fix the hiccup, turns out its a simple fuse eng1. go figure. while I was there I don't the tb mod as well.
