No. The 2500 is a heavy truck, 5000+ lbs (2.5 tons) of steel and geared to be a work truck, the 6.0L engine has always been a notorious gas pig.
You can spend 1,000's of dollars on all the hyped products like high-flow air filters, cold air systems, dual exhaust, etc that infer better mileage but the mileage is not going to improve. You will only be wasting more money on things that do nothing.
