Hey I'm new to this whole forum thing so I need a little help. I have a crate motor in my 78 chevy 2500. And I wanna rebuilt it to a 402 and I'd like to put the crate motor into my 1990 gmc 2500 Sierra. But this will be my first motor swap and stuff. Is it possible that this will work and will my trans bolt up into the crate motor. And how hard will this be. I do have automotive experience under my belt but I'm no expert. So I need ideas and concerns just need a all around opinion on this whole idea. Thank you.
