my 1995 GMC sierra is having problems?

ok well my 1995 GMC sierra is having problems staying running at low speeds and at stops also it spits and sputters trying to pick up speed until you reach about 45-55 mph and then it does ok until i go to slow down again

Try cleaning your EGR valve or at best replacing it, if it's too dirty with Carbon build up. The EGR pin may not be closing the valve 100% causing your issues and wont hurt to check all your vacuum lines also.

The EGR valve is located behind the throttle body on the intake manifold and would not hurt also if you gave the Sierra a Seafoam treatment to clean out all the carbon build up in your upper intake manifold.
