down.changed rooter and brakes.Abs? My 1995 GMC 4x4 Yukon's left front tire starts shaking real bad when I apply the brakes. Lower than 30 or 35 its doesn't shake, but you can feel it pulsating. As soon as I step on the accelerator, the shaking goes away. I have Lt tires on my Yukon. The mechanic has already changed the rooter and brakes. He stated it could be the ball joints, but as he jacked up the wheel, he attempted to shake the wheel, he advised its tightly secured, I need help!

Bent rim, wheel out of balance, or CV half shaft going out. I would start with having a tire shop balance the wheel. If the rim is bent then they will not be able to balance it. If that check out ok then check the CV half shaft. (the short front axle) Are the rubber boots split open. If so replace it.
