my 93 gmc suburban cant climb hills what do i do?

my suburban wont climb hills what do i do? i just had the transmission, front end, clutch, and fuel filter put in brand new. and after all that i still am havein trouble climbing a hill. when you go up one it looses all power and you go from 80 to 45 in like 5 seconds. can someone please help us please. thanks
 
without running diagnostics I have to assume a few things--that you have a 305 not a 350-since you state that you replaced the clutch-which means you must have a manual transmission-now a few questions-do you have a large camper on the back? Does it sound like a vacuum cleaner when under load? If it sounds like a large whoosh-then you have a restricted exhaust system-will run OK until under heavy load-like climbing hills or hard acceleration.These are usually very liable vehicles-it also could be that you are not running on all cylinders-GM V-8s run OK on 7 cylinders
