00 slt i have power locks i took off the door pannel when i hit the unlock button the other side unlocks but my driver door doesnt i hear the little motor in the door "tick" like it wants to move but the rod doesnt move and i cant see anything inside the door even with my door pannel off what should i do?

Start with penetrating oil on all pivot points and see what happens.
