I bought a new 2018 GMC 2500 DSL, and after 10 miles the check engine light came on, with a P01D1 code. Electrical retard on #4. The dealer first blamed me for putting UNL in the tank, but it only had 10 miles!! Now they are not sure of someone else at the dealership did... Or have any clue whats up. The dealership has been talking to GM tech but still no gameplan..
Fast forward 11 days, and I am still without a truck, and they have no idea what wrong with the truck. Does anyone have experience with this, or advise on how to just get a entire new truck. Don't really feel comfortable with this truck anymore and now they wont even look at it for another 6 days..
And after all that, they have to repaint the tailgate because there is sand bumps under the paint! UHG, there is another 3 days.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
