New Denali 2500 Shaking

I need some help. First time GMC owner -2024 2500 Denali Ultimate duramax. I travel a lot and pull camper / boating equipment.

When I get up to around 65 mph up to about 80 I get a shake/vibration in the seats. I have done everything. I have some all I know to do to address this issue. I have balanced the tires twice by a very reputable company. I have even changed my tires to Michelin defender LTX. Those have also went through to balancing sessions. My truck still shakes.

I can’t seem to get any help from a dealer at all. They act like they have no idea what I’m talking about.

I am very frustrated that I have spent almost $100,000 on a high-end pick-up only to have an extremely rough ride.

Can someone please advise?

I have a 2023 Sierra Denali Ultimate 6.2 and from my tire shop, they told me that the tie rods had play in them and they should be tight. I have yet to do, while I'm working with my dealership to solve the issue. Let me know if you have same issues............... Jae

Have your tire shop check you tie rods!

Check your drive shaft, too.
