New owner

So i just picked up a 1997 gmc sonoma 4x4 with extended cab, for $300....zero problems with it, except radio... It turns on, works like it should, but no sound coming out of any speakers what so ever, i plan on putting my pioneer deck in there, but i can figure out no sound, is there something im missing? Any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks



Update : so i took a chance hoping the small amp inside stock radio was shot, put my after market pioneer deck in and only passenger side speakers work :-\ any ideas?

Another update, went out today turned the truck on nothing out of the speakers, only the subwoofers, i dont believe this truck has an amp, am i wrong, i even pulled speakers out and ran straight from deck to speakers and nothing can someone please help

Put your Pioneer deck in and try it again. Its not worth fooling around with a factory deck. They're not really repairable anyway.
