hello, i am currently in midst of rebuilding a "old body style" 1990 GMC 4 door 1 ton 4x4. been looking for over 20 yrs and found one in Mont. that i could make a project out of. took out 454 and put in 350- that went well but when i put in the ECM i had to do some wiring and thats when i stopped..... going to have a shop do it so i can keep it clean looking. going for a 2 inch lift to get rid of reversed arch on springs in front going for flatbed then my kids and i going to camo the cab forward. going to be daily driver since i work out of state making it easier at the pump to fuel....LOL since 454 will not pass a fueling station. anyways looking forward to getting ideas for my project and when i learn to put pics on here will let see progress. may take awhile since i work shift work 4 wks on and 2 wks off out of state.
